As Pilot transitions to a new finance and supply management system, invoice payment processing will be temporarily paused from April 30, 2025 - May 4, 2025. Any invoices requiring payment before April 30, 2025, must be submitted by April 21, 2025.

Invoices submitted after the deadline will be processed once normal business operations resume, starting May 5, 2025.
